The lodge will be open by 7:30 each morning.

The chair lift will be open by 8:00 each morning for the race crew, starters, course workers and all Juniors to set the course and start/finish arenas. (If the MM/BW coaches help with course setup they will be back in the lodge before 9:00 to take racers up for course inspection) Please have all racers ready to go no later than 9:00.

Registration desk will be open at 8:00 for Bib pickup, Late registration/Liability Release, Worker tickets and Lunches. (If you are working the race your name will be on a list at the registration desk, if you haven't signed a release please do so then pick up a lunch. Also, if you are not a season pass holder a day pass will be issued)

Racer tickets. If your child does not have a season pass, reduced rate tickets can be purchased at the guest services desk by showing your Bib number. Guest services can get busy so best to pick up your bib early to avoid the crowd.

9:00-9:45 Course inspection with coaches
10:00 Race begins

2nd run start time will be determined race day depending on number of skiers and course conditions. We may take a 15 minute delay to redress the run or do a full reset of the course (1.5 hr delay).
