Alby Dean
Program Director and Head
Coach
Alby
Dean has over 20 years experience coaching competitive ski racers. She
competed as a USSA/FIS ski racer for nine years, and several more years
as a Masters racer. As
a coach she has worked with
current and former US Ski Team members.
Most recently she was Head Coach for
the Mitey Mite/Buddy Werner program at White Pass, where she spent 10
years and placed several young racers on the podium at Buddy Werner
Championships some which qualified for the J4 Festival.
She is also a professional athletic
trainer, working extensively with US men’s and women’s national teams.
Alby is a USSCA level II certified coach and PSIA full certified
instructor, and has certifications from National Athletic Trainers
Association (NATA), and National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

Jacques De Saint Phalle
Juniors CoachJacques grew up skiing in Vermont
in the 60's. After participating in alpine racing he moved on to Nordic racing
in Maine in the 70's. He's been venturing into the backcountry for years and
still enjoys late-spring ski descents with friends & athletes on our local
volcanoes.
He's coached youth soccer, high school lacrosse and
alpine racing during the 90's & 00's. Jacques enjoys being up on the hill,
helping young athletes find enjoyment and confidence through winter sports.

Linda Parazoo
YSL Coach
Linda has been teaching skiing at
Willamette Pass and Mt. Bachelor ski schools for 11 yrs. Including
coaching Mt. Bachelor's 5 week mountain masters program for the ski
school.
2006-07 she was the Head Coach for
the Roseburg High School ski team, while continuing to work within the
ski school.
2003-2005 acting as coach for her son
as he raced as an independent for Sutherlin High School. His senior year
took state in both disciplines.
Linda is a PSIA full certified
instructor, attended Rick Reid's summer race camp 2007. She also enjoys
competing in triathlons, cycling and running events.
She has served as a WARP board
member,1997-2005,acting as a race official and as race administrator and
head gate judge.
